Cancellation Policy
Salon Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:
Appointments & Cancellations:
We require at least 24–48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.
Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled with less than the required notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No-Shows:
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Future appointments may require a deposit.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delaying other clients.
Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
